Hi
I've been away for a while
I like this forum so I came back

I stopped having concerns for online poker
I feel my mind more free

I still like the "space" of probabilities
do you believe in luck?
If so,
who would win in a fight between luck and unluck

Luck is not a matter of belief just a fact , the luck factor is way more important online than live poker, most pros also aggree with that .
You can only try turning the odds in your favor by a strong play.
But in some situations luck is (sadly) required.
Part of the game

Hi, friend!
I, too, when I do not play poker for a long time, I feel a surge of energy. So I started taking breaks from the game ;)

many players, after getting tired or having trouble playing poker, take a break to restore their morale and then come back to play and the results are better by example

I think "unluck" would win over luck in the long run, by that I mean anyone can get lucky sometimes but poker is a long-term game👍

There is no luck, there is a card to play on its basis, unless you play ALL IN at all times, then here you definitely need luck

I think luck is an idea to count odds and chances.
Do you believe in rules of attraction?

On contraire...only if a certain interpretation of quantum mechanics is true, can saying luck exists, be true... ie causality is not deterministic.

If physical determinism is true then every event is entirely predictable. I choose to believe the latter to be true.

When I look to make an inside straight on the river and there is an ace on the board..I always call the turn bet.
Because the more aces in play (hand and board) increases the probability of a 8 showing up on the river.

If the board pairs then calling is a no no. Why? because the 8 then makes somebody the FH.

I don't believe in luck and bad luck. I believe more in my way of playing and learning more every day. I dream of being a professional and being able to make a living from poker.

Luck is either there or not - it all depends on the point of view. For example, many players are deeply convinced that tournament poker is a lottery where everything depends on luck. Undoubtedly, you won't be able to win a major tournament of several hundreds or thousands of people without luck. But luck in tournament poker is an example of the importance of the concept of distance. One tournament is a very short distance. And it can be argued that luck is extremely important in tournament poker.Players associate luck with the random number generator and the ability to catch the coveted outs.

Luck is of course an important factor. But if the player has no skills and experience, luck alone will not be enough to become a successful player in the long term.

Randomness and luck are convolved.Table switching and timings are important. Do you think table switching is random?

Luck exists, it's a factor, but it's one of many and although it will sometimes help you, you can't rely on it forever.

We ourselves should try to avoid failure and catch luck. The ratio of these two components of our destiny is the profit or loss of money.

In poker of course you need lucky. A fight between lucky and unlucky will win who better or worse play with the percentages.

In poker, luck is simply part of it, is a 50:50 thing. How many times have you received exactly the card on the river that lets you win.

That card is not 50-50 if we count outs.If we count luck and unluck I can't tell you in certainty...It has to do with luck carrying the others seeing the river

I don't believe on luck, I think the principal ingredient on poker is to understand the possibilities on each hand, and also there is another fact that is coincidences, sometimes those coincidences are on our side, sometimes don't.

You go all in against a player holding a strong hand, it's like tossing a coin, the calculation of a probability becomes an assumption, so it comes down to luck.

I believe I'm talking about luck or bad luck in poker, so I say that in the long run it would be a draw.
