How do you control your emotions so you don't tilt after a bad beat?

Accept that you can lose any hand, no matter how good it looks, preflop.

I agree. There are no hands in poker that we would always win with, everyone can move always.

think about it like this, Tilting will only help the other players at your table, you have to learn to deal with badbeats, you give them you receive them it's part of the game, so when you feel tilted take a break and tell yourself is it really worth tilting right now and play my worst game?

Everybody tilts. At some point or the other in your lifetime of poker, you will tilt. The important thing is to recognize it immediately and walk away (or do something to fix it).

I think that after you accept that bad beats will happen all the time in poker it's easier to not go on tilt mode after a bad beat. I see the hand replay and if I think I made the right play, I just move on to another table and keep playing.

I'm more interested in watching others when I beat KK or AA with a garbage hand

It's a lot of fun sometimes

It is more important to learn how to make right decision in aspect of variations theory or just math.
Sometimes nothing depends from you.
And you need to admit that you played good but someone get more luck...
