Is "tilting" the worst thing that can happen to you at the poker table?

Sure it is. Any player, beginner or experienced, winner or loser, amateur or pro, when under tilt or 'steaming' don't play their A game. They play B, C or D, but never an A. And they lose.

I can play my own game, but there are facts that provoke a tilt, it's fatigue or when you played the entire poker tournament well, but because of one hand that you played badly and you were outplayed in it, you fall into a tilt and make bad actions as a result of which you lose a lot of money and after a while you regret it.

Yes of course. when one is tilt it gets out of control and starts doing anything, that's why in those cases you have to take a break.

Tilting is part of the poker game. Whats not acceptable is doing it over and over again. You should check your game and try to learn how to cope with the tilting part,then slowly and surely you will reduce the tilt effects and become a better player

When I'm on tilt I just take a break and listen to calm music or watch a serials)

Don't see the point. It's only a game, especially when it's for very little prize money or a freeroll...

Tilt is the worst thing, that you can do to yourself and your roll.
You will act unreasonably and this is not healthy in poker. Your emotions should
be under control in every game. Do not play over your bankroll limits, this will help a lot to avoid tilt.

Besides tilt, I think ludomania is even worse! When a player can't stop and doesn't play the bankroll and games that they don't beat!

I would say tilting is at the top of my list of player problems but there's one other negative emotional response that can be be more difficult to deal with. Tilting from a bad beat is something we all have experienced and many of us have at least learned to recognize it and try to deal with it. There's another emotional response that is a lot more insidious because it builds slowly and is hard to recognize.

You're following advice from poker coaches and watching the 'weaker' players who fold a lot and, in particular, call pre-flop and then fold to a c-bet. You've seen their bad play and now you're feeling a little superior. You're going to take chips from these guys. You pick up a hand, say AJu and you make a 2bb bet to see if one of the losers calls. Sure enough one does. The flop is T74 rainbow so you put out a tidy little c-bet and the loser calls. Hmmmm your superior play didn't quite go as intended. But you know how much better you are so you just have to bet bigger to get that mouse to fold. The turn brings another 7 and you bet big. And then the loser shoves....oops. Great. He probably has a set or two pair. Most players will fold here and look unhappily on their diminished stack. Some will turn that superior attitude into a stubborn, losing, call.

The mistakes were cause by emotion, just like tilting, but a lower level that is harder to notice. And the damage can be just as bad as from tilting.

Sometimes it can play in your favor. But its not smart. You should let the previous hand go and play on.

Yes because after a bad beat it comes the tilt and then you are not concentrated any more. I have get rid of tilting with one simple solution , I play more tables , I play correct , as far as my current skill allows , and I take the correct decisions. I can't do something more than that.
Putting volume may be the solution to this problem to online poker.
