Hello.
I just play when I have free time. I usually play in the evenings and on weekends. Poker is a hobby for me, so if I have free time I play, if I do not have free time I do not play.

I prefer to play at night because my brain is more active at this time. I just lost my routine because of the pandemic. I go to bed in the morning and get up in the evening)

Mornings are good for playing because you just woke up and daily frustrations are yet to come and do not mess with your play. However, it is obvious evenings have more fish and larger player pools in general. So you have to play at the evenings too.

I prefer to play during the day. Playing at night affects my health. Besides, I don't feel anything different between playing at night and playing during the day. Sometimes, I will play at night if there are some good tournaments.
