OK KD-here's another one.
A different color (hope you like it), a real dog AND a different font-which to me stands out more!
And yes, I do have a life-but this gives me something productive to do during my insomnia

Oh, and FYI-I took an advertising class some time ago, and here's some tips for sucessful advertising-
Words in white or red are the most eye catching
Use readable and understandable fonts
Contrasting colors are also eye catching
Make whatever you are advertising as real and believable as possible.

Im not 100% sure why I picked it, guess it's my style if I'd have bothered to do it myself. The dogs just appeal to my childlike mind I guess.

thanks Tim. At the moment, not much is happening, as my programmer(sounds cool, he's my brother-in-law) is away on holiday, so I'm not getting much done with it, apart from communication from the various poker sites I want to feature on there. Guess there's no hurry yet, really.

I'm not that much of a freehand artist (well, I did use a picture as a guideline). Computer/multimedia artist-I am good at.

Here's the true story:
The badass dog was horny, and humped and impregnated the first thing he saw-which was a huge lab rat

The result is their warped offspring.

By the way-the dog is so badass, he high-tailed it outta there as soon as he heard Miss Mouse had a bun in the oven. No one knows where he is-which is unfortunate because Dog-Rat Jr. will never know his father

Hey Jess, congrats on being selected as winner. Nice work there. KD reminded a little of Nick in this thread like when Nick was soliciting designs for the new CC logo. A tough battle here, eventually won by soccer shirt lady.

Good choice. I really like the dogs. Once you see them, you will always remember and recognize them the next time you see them. Even if you change banners later on, I would always keep the dogs for a logo. Great job Jessie.
