I prefer tournaments. I like that there are multiple phases to the game, and the Final Table can give you an extra adrenaline rush.

I've only played cash games online, but I have many friends who practically make their living playing cash games...
I've been thinking a lot about starting my cash game studies, both online and live.
I don't really understand how much it changes, but as mentioned earlier, you can go in, win something, and leave... but that's playing conservatively...

Don't you feel that people in cash games are too tight?
They only play double hands and rarely call the flop. I feel this a lot here, so I've been avoiding it for study purposes, so I've been resorting more to low-stakes tournaments and even freerolls.

I've heard a lot of comments about this, that in cash games you can make more money playing tighter games.
Even the cheap ones, like $0.01/$0.02.
I've always been a tournament player, and I think it's actually easier to build a bankroll and study in cheap tournaments, especially freerolls.
And here at CardsChat, we have an incredible opportunity to build a decent bankroll and make money to play in Series tournaments.
That's why I always encourage all members to strive to become Platinum and participate in all the gaming opportunities offered here.

Tournaments, long time big wins obv, but it’s more variance, if you loose a big pot your pocket will not feel that
