greetings from the still "cold & snowy" kansas......been playing a lot of FR's all winter with not much luck.....do good for a while during the game then "BOOM" the bottom falls out.......seriously doubting myself as a poker player now......always bring my best to the tbl but its nvr good enuff.......oh well.....as they say "online poker is a beast ".............cya

I suggest reading zachvacs post on aggression while betting, I can only play freerolls right now and that helped me out so much. Would someone please post link as Im a trogladite and bashing keys is my main skill on computers right now.

Anyway since reading that thread I have been able to build a better chip stack thanks to that whole thread.

Also when I get time I read the stratagy articles and past threads here, improved my game no end. I would say i have made about fourty euros on different occasions through a small freeroll win.

Hang in there kg2. FR's are a tough judge on anyone's playing ability. Besides playing ur best, you are always dodging the worst.

There are so many variables in FR's it's impossible to even make any suggestions other than to analyze your play after each FR. What obvious mistake/s can you recall? Are your stats consistent?

On 'that other site' you do seem to make it ITM. That's a good sign. You're coming out of it it the top 10% or better, and it isn't going to happen every time. If it did, we'd all be pros on the circuit.

Reading strategy blogs/threads can be good, but only if you are able to adapt it to your style, or incorporate it as your own. I find some of the stragety reading is also good to be able to recognize what OTHERS are doing, and try to use it in your favor.
