Nothing is modern or old. Since the beginning of poker there are nearly all possible combination of cards dealt and there are only 52 cards in the deck. You can't develop something new and make it a "trend". Also if you have seen 3 donks to enter all-in with 72o you can't also call it a trend but a stupid decision.
