UK Gambling Advert Whitelist: bad news for Full Tilt?

Seems that Full Tilt will be unable to advertise their real money services in the UK, although their .net play money services could still presumably be advertised:

Actually Full Tilt have started running TV adverts in the UK, not sure how they managed that... :dontknow:

I'm asking because the only Tasmania I've ever heard of is in Australia, and this story seems to be saying that online gambling sites based out Tasmania are OK.

Which would be impossible if it were the Tasmania in Australia, because hosting online gambling sites (other than approved sports betting sites) is illegal here.

Quote from the white list article: "Tasmania's application was originally rejected but was reconsidered after they amended tax legislation which will go into effect on January 31, 2008"

This makes me wonder if they are using the phrase "Taxes" as another way to say "kickbacks" to the UK Gov't. esp. since no details of the new tax law and where that tax money is disursed to was disclosed.
