Understanding HUD stat Help

Hey, so I'm having a little trouble understanding different kinds of stats displayed in a HUD,
I'm up again people with a 40%vpip and Pfr 18%? This is over a short amount of hands btw (around 130 hands) but also people playing 25/10, 30/15, 10/1 and so on,
Basically stats I can't make sense of since I'm kinda new to HUDS,
Any help as to what I should be looking for when up against opponents??

this is a good question, i will have to look at this link too then. I dont really understand how to correctly use this program either, but i would like to figure it sometime too.Lock Poker gave me a coupon, for a free program too, so i would like to understand it , also.
