I miss the old 10-game on Poker Stars, it was the best game ever.

They still have 8-game of course, but 10-game was two games better than 8-game.

For those wondering... 10-game was the 8-game lineup, plus it also included a round of Badugi (which I LOVE), and a round of No Limit 2-7 Lowball Single Draw (a crazy game but I loved that one too).

I doubt we'll ever see 10-game again, it makes me sad.

Right now, Texas Hold'em. I'm thinking that once I get reasonably good at Texas Hold'em I might try to learn PLO as well. I don't really see myself playing too many poker variations since for me what's enjoyable is the process of getting good, I don't really enjoy playing poker when I don't know what's going on.

I like NL Hold'em the most, but sometimes I also play Omaha, Horse, Badugi. Unfortunately, there is not always enough time to play everything I want.

Razz is awful, but is common in mixed games so I have to play it anyway. Yuck. [emoji13]

I'm embarrassed to admit that my approach has been so blinkered towards NLH that there are variants on this list I still need to learn how to play..! :damnmate:

So therefore pleased to have this list of descriptions to easily refer to!

CardsChat being so vast I'm sure there are multiple but the more the merrier, no? :biggrin:

i like a change in the game and play holdem or 5 card draw just as much as sometimes horse or 8 game actually i like to play everything from 1 to 10 but i still don't understand 11 to 13 maybe once i have found out how to play them i will learn maybe like them too.

Most of my volume is in NL Holdem but I occasionally dabble in PL Omaha and though I fin it more exciting than Holdem I acknowledge that I don't have the mental toughness for it.

But I have a huge attraction for 2-7 Triple Draw.

I play mainly hold'em. Much less common in Omaha. I tried to play pineapple poker, it was fun. Recently learned the HORSE rules but haven't practiced yet.
