Video Sessions

Anyone here video their online sessions? I would like to start doing that, but idk which software to use. Any suggestions?

I used to do that while i played with coach, used to record 1 hour session then play it with him on skype and then record it again with comments.

If you have a plan on what you'll do with it then its ok to record sessions, if you'll never watch it then there's no point.

there are few tools to do the job, i used camtasia for example...
