Why it's called basic — because this is what you need to know when playing POKER in Vietnam
1. Poker and the Law of Vietnam
According to Article 322 of the Criminal Code 2015 (amended and supplemented in 2017), any form of gambling or unauthorized gambling organization is considered a violation of the law. This App adapts to cash games and online poker platforms not allowed in Vietnam. Offenders can be dealt with the main punishment or prosecuted with fines ranging from 10 million to 50 million VND, or even imprisonment of 6 months to 7 years depending on the level of the violation.
2. Playing Poker Legally in Vietnam
If you want to play Poker in a legal way, join coaching solutions (Tournaments) to do clubs that have a license to operate organized, provided by the Vietnam Bridge & Poker Sports Association (VBPA). This is the only form of poker that is legally recognized in Vietnam.
3. International Poker and Cash Game
When you want to rise to the international poker arena, learn the legal technicalities of each country. Some countries allow legal cash games at permitted casinos, while many still consider this a violation of the law. Make sure you are always disciplined to avoid risks.
