What is a Rampage

Someone mentioned a Rampage on another thread.

What kind of tourney is that, and what sites have them?

? I've never heard of it as a tourney, though that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

"Rampage" as a poker term as I'm familiar with it is a contest, where you start with a minimum buy in at a cash table and try to double up. Once you have the minimum for the next higher buy in level, you go there and try to double up again. When you bust out, you start over at the lowest level.

Search some of the old threads where some rampages have been run in the past.
