Poker

I started playing poker relatively late in my life. This happened in 2016 when I was already 48 years old. Of course, young people play better than me, but this is only because they are tougher. Sometimes I just do not have enough physical strength for long exhausting MTT tournaments and I drain my stack and go to bed. It's stupid, but your strength is running out.

I started to play when i was 12 and we were playing with 32 cards you get 5 cards and you could change up to four and then we were betting, 4 players max.We were playing for our pocket money.
And then old love awoke maybe 6 years ago...
now I'm playing everyday and love it.

I wanted to add that it's called the Moneymaker effect but had Phil Ivey won or Sam Farha I think the popularity of the game would have been the same. Espn did such a great job with the hole cards and telling each players story. It was exciting and new and I learned how to play just from watching the pros and one amateur named Moneymaker.

When my friends and I were around 12 years old, we met for a poker tournament. Everyone paid € 1 and the first two divided the prize money among themselves, the first receiving more than the second, of course. At that time we had no idea about strategy. We just played to our liking and it was fun. Today I am very interested into poker strategies. I always analyze my game after a session. After all I want to get better and it interests me.
