I guess the most frustrating thing is when you get beat by fish....
It's also real annoying when fish call fish fish

And going on tilt because of one or two..

Suck outs bad beats and coolers,

Losing eight times out of ten with aces just against one player at Poker Stars. The variant in poker stars is different from what poker supposed to be, and when you probe it, unfortunately its in the worst way by losing a big pot or a big tournament. 2 days ago I received AK 5 times in 10 minutes, not a single hand win something, and it is not luck I know it is something else. regards.

I hate losing the critical flips deep in a tournament

I am most annoyed by bingo players. Those players who play with junk and sincerely believe that sometimes they are lucky due to their skills and experience. There are many such players.

Its very hard to play so many hours as a non-full time poker player, but the most exciting and biggest prize-pools are requires to spend at least 1/4 day at the poker table.

Changin tables always bugs me too

It's annoying paying big and little blinds then poof you're on to a new table.

And then. You get moved to a new table and you have to pay big or little blinds again!!

That is NO fun.

Losing with top cards against crap cards. Or getting consistent bad cards over and over pressuring you to bluff with crappy hands to try and get fold equity and busting out.

Departures and fatigue ... Particularly annoying are the constant moving from the fish

I would say that the most annoying thing for me is the variability. Part of the lure of the game as well I guess, but when you seem to be getting more than your fair share of bad beats it can be pretty frustrating.
