Although I have played cash games, I only ever play tournaments. The reason being, I lost almost every time I played cash (though I did win 300 bucks in a Vegas 1/2 game).

I play for real money, and tournaments depend on my mood and the opponents I'll play against. But I still prefer tournament poker. In tournaments, there is always a chance to win very big money with relatively low entry fees. More often than not, more weak players play tournaments, which helps a lot in the game.
