A grown up doesn't need milk to be strong but I drink much milk too ...just with coffee

I think the best option would simply be water. With caffeinated beverages, you have a short energy boost and increased concentration but greater losses at the end. With water it would behave evenly and with alcohol you would probably be too risk affine

I usually drink only cold water with lemon while playing poker, it really gives me a lot of strength. On weekends I sometimes drink a little beer)

I only drink water, although coffee might give you energy, it would make you anxious and unstable.

At home it will usually be fruit juice or coffee milk, with the occasional hot bloody mary (made with rum). In the casino mornings are for grapefruit juice, later on rum and coke.
