Whatever i feel like at the time. I don't worry about sugar highs and energy crashes as much as I am concerned about havint to pee and missing a bad beat hand. Also I don't need to be occupied worrying about anything that detracts from my attention to the game...Hence I drink what I feel like at the moment.

the best drink to have while playing poker is Captain Morgan's or Admiral Nelson's Spiced Rum and moxie!!!!!

Beer or alcohol has no effect on me , not that this is a good idea in any case . I like drinking a fruit juice , or some coca cola, sth like this
