I believe that the biggest mistakes are playing deconcentrated or tired (watching TV while playing is one of the biggest mistakes), open up your game more (playing many hands at the beginning of the tournament is never a good idea.) Slowplay is a very dangerous weapon. Many put the blame for "Bad Beat" on the Poker Room and do not see the sin in giving unnecessary call taking.

Biggest mistake is being impatient. You just can't force this game to go in the direction you want it to. Most big pots are taken down by big hands - pure and simple. You can, and should bluff at times, but in the end you're going to need to get some good cards. If they're not coming, the worst thing you can do is get impatient, cuz that's when you start LOSING the big pots.
