What body position do you think is better to play?

Do not play lying down with a laptop, especially in the dark - it spoils your eyesight, I know from my own experience!

It seems to me that with the head down resting the hands on the ground the blood goes towards the head and it works better, just kidding

Maybe a comfortable seat stand stretch and move a little when the game allows it
