What caused you to Tilt in a game ?

My wife calling me right at the time of grind. Otherwise I'm pretty cool.

When you finally start getting good cards but everyone folds preflop!

Not much really tilts me anymore to be honest, and if it does I cool down quickly. I think this is a quality of mine to help me still play at my best. I laugh at the bad beats and move on I learn from my own mistakes and try to become better. Whether I actually do become better or not is a different question haha.

When I go all in with the best hand on the turn and ppl call loosing looking for that one card to win

I try to never tilt why in a game. If I do face a rude player, I will try as hard as possible to kick him or her out while still playing smart poker.

Lose to the table, like this:

Consistent bad beats where villian should not still be in the hand. I see this so often online that I wonder who it is I'm playing against. When I see 3 outters hitting regularly it really makes me feel as though the fix is in..

I got bored. Also I have goals I try to meet such as within the first hour I want to have about 25000 chips. If I don't obtain it, I play more risky.

When you decide to play in a tournament the onus is on you to be mentally ready for an online game that can last 4 or 5 hours if not more, depending on the size of the entries.
As far as setting goals, well setting goals for one’s self is a good thing, but setting unrealistic goals is a sure way to mess with your emotions and cause foolish decisions.
If you are a person who has a short attention span, then maybe you would benefit in playing in small Sit & Goes something like [9 – 45 players max]
