Hard to tell. What kind of poker seen? Over what period of time? Consider only victory or the percentage of players who entered the awards? I think the lack of professionals in all countries. Perhaps the most successful player in the history of poker will be from Antarctica

This question should be broken down to on-line or live. Not lot of hard core grinders from the USA on-line as there were pre-BF. Canada would probably lead that category.

Live play winning or final tabling bigger events are USA and Canada.
