After a bad beat or a string of bad beats how do u calm down?

Me, if in the day i go fly fishing. Night time i listen to music that makes me smile like this one. Called the drunken Scotsmen if u have never heard it u definitely loan me ur ear for a couple minutes

I would say working out is probably the best for me. Although I have been pretty lazy lately

I go out and buy a new laptop.

j/k.... Over time you learn to just shrug it off or take a hike. If you are on tilt, whatever you do don't insta re-enter or head to the casino games... that rarely pays off.

If you are in good and take a beat, that happens.... tie a fly on....

I think working out helps. I had a bad run last Thursday. So Friday I hit the gym a little harder then went to see "The Equalizer" at the movie theater. It was pretty kick ass!

i first check my play in the hand or hands to see what i did to cause it or how the play came out like it did. yup and take a break for a bit walk to the down town part of town and have a beer helps a lot or just get away from the tables for while definitely helps.

A couple of drinks heal every problem which you may have playing poker. Whether it is bad beat or exhaustion from the long game. But always drink as much as u still enjoy it. Dont go too far with it.

I've gotten to the point where I just accept it,or if it's just happening to often, I just log off and go to another site, I try to forget it as fast as possible, I find that's the best way to deal with it ,and if that doesn't work I just turn off the laptop and play tomorrow, and if that doesn't work I'll turn on the tv drink a couple of beers an listen to my wife tell me to turn the tv down and yell at me are you deaf or something, now that I think about it there really is no peace so I guess I'll just drink more !!!!:adore:
