I enjoy to look at the new numbers at my bankroll, if the day ended good.

Thats the only "ritual". Worse days go without it - a quick X hit at the top right corner...

Not a ritual, but I keep file with the results, every time I play, so that to check what is going on.

some people recommend to review your session while you remember hands you played the best, but I try to distract myself completely and just forget for now. So I try to read/watch/listen to something usually. If the session was more or less successful I may even follow the recommendation and review marked or big hands.

Depends on the result. If in a minus, I will not fall asleep until I disassemble the poorly played hands. If in plus, I go to sleep so I finish at 6-7 in the morning

At the end of the session, first of all, you need to take stock. If the session is played well, then the mood is good and you can do something interesting. And if played poorly, then the state of mind is suppressed and you do not want to do anything. But it's me personally.

Either crying myself to sleep or bouncing off the walls depending on how it went lol.

I try not to check my balances anymore, if I played well I tend to win more often than I lose, so I don't have to worry about it.

Checking account balances at end of a session is actually a pretty big mental game leak. Theoretically if you are rolled for games you are playing the results of a single session shouldn't have a long term impact on your roll/strategy so it's better to not check. Sometimes it's hard to resist especially if you had a huge session but try to fight it
