Playing live always gets my adrenaline pumping to the point that I can't sleep for a while. So after live play I often play online and have a couple of beers/smokes. If I'm playing online, I've already had the beers and smokes. :beer::canabis:

Hey. I do not have rituals, either. I play mostly at night. for this good sleep is the best option for me. I think rituals are better spent before the game than after it. and in general I'm not an unbeliever.

It all depends whether I had played well for my capabilitilies or not . If yes , well , life goes on, to the next game or start doing sth else irrelevant to poker and Iam happy either I had won or not . But if I had made a lot of mistakes , I am very sick , I am thinking of those again and again , trying to figure out what went wrong , so as not to repeat them again in the future , and I repeat them again

after finishing a poker tournament i put the data into a excell document and simulate the hand i lost on a pot odds calculator, after a 15-20 min study go and relax without coming back to the computer. Usually go outside the house.
