what do you do during your break from playing poker? I try not to sit and wait for five minutes, mostly just sit. I think at this time it is better to do exercises, something like that

I usually go to the bathroom, on other occasions I heat something in the microwave to eat, I also see how I'm doing in tournaments, I change the music playlist and check twitter, that's practically my routine during breaks, one of those things I usually do

At halftime I go to the bathroom to get something to eat or drink and I usually come back with less than a minute to go and start reviewing whatever I want to see about the tournament, I do that so I don't fold a good hand and so that do not make me absent

Usually when I feel like it, I go to the bathroom.

But most of the time, I just wait for the return.

Unfortunately few things can be done in 5 minutes. Today I shaved, but it was very tight, I won't do it anymore. Well, what's left is to drink water and walk a little bit, since it's 55 minutes sitting, not only that, it's generally 8 or even 12 hours sitting. Walking during breaks is essential.

Exercise is a good option

A five-minute warm-up will only benefit. I also never sit idle, and although I rarely do warm-up, I always have important things to do in the kitchen

Funny I should see this today...... Yesterday during the daily freeroll (US and friends) I shaved during the break...... HAHAHAHA.
I was doing well and knew the game might go on for a while, but I had a date with the wife coming up and feared I wouldn't have time to get cleaned up if the game went on too long.......... All for nothing because I did end up getting knocked out anyway with enough time to get cleaned up...... HAHAHA
