i just watch tv episodes while i play poker. sometimes even a movie. usually i opened up 2 tables simultanusly

I spend alot of time in the bathroom from the continuous drinking of coffee. I love poker, but sometimes I have a hard time staying awake when my tables are playing really tight and have no action.

I listen music, but i know that facebook may distract your attention from tables so i dont advise that kind of stuff while playing especially if you running deep in tournaments

but music is fine, relaxing thing

...you forgot to mention that you sometimes watch adult movies while playing online, that could be distracting too, don't you think?

when I was very serious about the tournament I open a client-only poker and play, respectively, with good results, but if I do more than that, listening to music for example the result is worse
