Always different. Tea, coffee, energy drink, water. I also like to eat during the game if the session is too long.

I usually just drink water, but when I'm playing a long session, I drink some coffee too.

I like to drink coffee! Especially when I'm involved in a tournament that will take hours. I do everything not to get sleepy. I drink coffee, put the notebook on a bench and play on my feet...

Loads of coffee and water if Im up for a long tournament but if I just want to blow a few bucks on spin and go's lowest limits I will sometimes indulge in a gin tonic or a glass of wine with my better half. No cash games though, I dont even do those at all anyways

When I play longer tournaments, I actually drink water exclusively. Energy drinks, coffee, etc. may give you the short-term feeling of being awake and able to concentrate, but the longer it goes, the greater the disadvantages.

If I'm just playing for fun, I'll drink a beer sometimes, but when it comes to higher stakes/buy-ins, I want to be able to get the maximum out of my performance and not let up at some point.

water/coffee, if i'm running deep in a tournament and it's "late" ish, i will drink a beer or something stronger, but not get drunk since it might affect my playing, but if you win it you can get drunk ;)

I usually prefer green tea. Green tea with cookies, this is exactly what I need during the game. But sometimes I can just drink plain water.

My primary drink during sessions is just water. But if I'm playing for long or before the session I might drink green tea/coffee/matcha.

i drink mostly water

sometimes also chocolate or strawberry or banana milk

but i drink water most of the time

what i also like to do is slicing a piece of an organic lemon and put it in the glass and then put sparkling water on it to make a calorie free fresh "soda" like drink

I have not consumed alcohol at all for many years. I believe that alcohol is evil, and playing drunk is not wise, because such a game will only bring you losses and disappointment.

I drink a lot of tea and coffee while playing. I consider alcohol at this time unacceptable, since its use contributes to the emergence of unjustified confidence.

I usually drink orange juice,cuz its the best holy mmoly.I also drink water at times.When i think about it,i dont drink anything more than I do at the time of a tourney.
