Well playing cash games this isnt an issue. But I guess everyone plays some tournaments such as monthly ironman ones etc.

Noodles if rly hungry but otherwise a bit of fruit.

If I am on my laptop I can pretty much eat whatever. But i it is a 5 minute break or even a break between hands I am likely to get my mixed nuts fix on

A peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a tall glass of milk, and by the time I'm finished making the sandwich there's usually a minute left to the break, then I just sit back and enjoy!!!

i have the dinner cooking, if its dinner time i sit out for awhile i find if im still in a tourney after like two/three hours i need a longer break missing a few hands doesnt bother me, i feel i concentrate better when i come back after like 15 20 minutes. been irish of course it has to be potatoes to fill me up

Tournaments are bad about pinning me down. I'm not a player than can just leave the game, take a walk or whatever. I do try to plan my meals around tournaments if possible or cook ahead of time. It's not always possible but I really do love to play. So, I'll keep something in the freezer that can be warmed up on a break without missing to many hands. However, missing a meal or two would probably be best!

This is why I love playing on a laptop. Just carry it with me and fix up some actual food, instead of like ramen noodles or something (I'm not hating on ramen, I lived off of it for like 2 years in college). I made some spaghetti today while playing
