I drink a lot of coffee .. it makes me be in a good mood 
and focus. I eat anything, and if i m in a long tourney even breakfast,lunch,dinner , etc..

I am well regulated with my food but playing poker online I have some habits:
- Eat chocolate and water, in the absence of a chocolate I take my orange mixture with banana.
