The problem is to get robotic and don't take beats as worse as they are (lose against 72 o and so on) emotional.
But we and I also are emotional creatures, some can oppress those emotions better and some less.
It is not an educational thing, it can be learned to oppress those emotions,
but the line is not always at the same level, where those emotions break through.
I can depend on a daily form how easy or hard you can be tilted and you get an emotional outbreak.
Reading emotions and to read them (live much easier perhaps than online) in the right way is a part of the game,
poker is a game of information gathering.
I have read about a tracker that has a built in tilt'o'meter, that gives you the information how far or near a villain is from tilt.
I don't know if it is that easy to detect tilt, but an interesting feature.
