It means infinity. Basically that will mean that you don't have enough stats on the person to come to a conclusion for the stat or if you are setting up ranges, it will be from wherever the last highest number you input was on up to the highest possible.

Agg = Bets+raise/calls

So we get infinity if the villian never calls, so if he is always raising or folding he will have an aggression factor of infinity.

Correct, and remember that AF is a post-flop stat. Pre-flop action isn't counted.
