And while that episode was fun to watch, it's not really a good example of Ivey being outplayed by Durr.  Ivey had some huge implied odds with the draws he had against a player like Durr, so it made sense for him to call to the river.  When he missed his draws, I think it also made pretty good sense for him fold 4th pair to such a large bet considering the consistent action from Durr.  If he had folded TPTK or 2p then it would have been more impressive.  Remember Durr actually does hit his hands a lot of the time, so to assume he's always bluffing would be a mistake.  There's a ton of hands that beat 4th pair there, most of them very much in anybody's range, let alone Durr's.

I think they're both extremely talented players, but Ivey by far is the most well-rounded and experienced player of the two.  In a very specific game on Durr's terms, Durr *might* have an edge, but overall Ivey is no doubt the better player.
