coffee when it is very late and I play tournaments, and if it is cash tables usually water or soda, if I am very stressed I will not drink anything but eat something like doritos or cheetos something to calm the anxiety

An occasional Whiskey Dew. But generally Mountain Dew. Slowly converting to water. I tend to not drink much at all until after a tournament. Not enough bathroom breaks for me as I have gotten older. If I don't drink anything, it seems like there are too many breaks.

For live poker it would be chocolate milk. Why? its good for you but during long tournaments it helps keep the hunger down so I could play and not be distracted. When playing in the 2019 wsop I had a glass of chocolate milk every few hours to get through the day.
