In 2008, I won 1.5 million HUF (about was than $8000) at the Budapest Poker Open.
I bought a Sony 104cm led TV and a Sony DVD recorder from it.
I invested the rest for later.

The first thing I ever bought with my first big winnings were 2 pink leather sofa’s for my mother 🤦‍♂️ (They were in fashion back then so don’t hate 😂😂😂) they cost me around £1600 and my mother loved them. God rest her beautiful soul, it's amazing how fast life goes isn’t it? I just had a massive sense of nostalgia thinking about this.

You can't make money in poker if you keep losing. Getting a regular income depends on how a person meets the requirements of poker. A winning player has a passion for poker and enjoys the game even when luck is on the opponent's side. Tilt is not my problem, I love to compete, and I'm fine with defeats. I bought myself a fishing rod.

In 2012 i won a $ 1600 first place , $10000 Freeroll at CarbonPoker…. I continued playing Cash games and withdrew $3000. We packed our bags and left with my girls on a trip through my country.

Now if I win again I want to take girls to Iceland or the Seychelles.
