I would probably play a different strategy game.

How far do we want to go down this rabbit hole? Playing cards and gambling are very old human activities, are we just getting rid of the game of poker or are we getting rid of cards and gambling as well?

There's 1000's of other hobbies to choose from. Likely doing one of them or spend more time doing one of the hobbies I already have. Sim-racing, photography( I suck at it) and hiking just to name a few. Or maybe get back into pickup basketball, hockey, baseball or boxing to name a few more.

I have a lot of ideas and I always run out of time, literally always. If I wasn't playing poker, I'd be playing chess, or playing computer strategy games, or painting, or gardening, or sewing. I just have a lot of ideas, but unfortunately, I don't have any free time.

I would probably play computer games. I play games very rarely, maybe 1-2 days a month. I love computer games, and if I didn't play poker, I would play on my PC all my free time.
