What keeps you going in poker?

Hello guys I play poker every day and I have not reached to the point where I can make a living from it. That’s my goal, but I guess other people play poker for different reasons , I have a love for the game I would play for free this is what keeps me going. So what keeps you going ?

I just enjoy the game. I like exploring different styles - some days I'm a maniac, others I'm a nit (well, actually I never play nitty), and most of the time somewhere in between.

For me it's the challenge of trying to be better than my opponents. Some days I am, others I'm not but I'm really competitive so I can keep trying.

I am motivated to play by the opportunity to earn extra income. This is probably my main motivation. But besides that, I also enjoy the game and that's a good reason for me to keep playing.

Not much really, I'm kind of getting bored of it. but this has happened before and I have returned!

I do not make a lot of money from poker either, but I play because it is still fun for me to challenge other players and to see if I have improved my style of play over time.

I do make some side money from poker. But honestly it's the challenge and competition of MTT's that keeps me coming back for more.

For me, poker is a hobby that brings me income. Playing poker is interesting and, in my case, also useful, so every tournament is always a good opportunity for me to have fun and make money

Honestly, I never started playing poker to make a living from it, I only do it recreationally and lately I haven't even been playing. I think CC's departure from Pokerstars conspired against that.
