I usually listen to random relaxing music on YouTube — there are those 2–3 hour mixes, maybe you’ve seen them. As for food, I prefer eating during tournament breaks. But I do enjoy having a beer while listening to music and playing poker.

Do you think music emotionally influences your gameplay? Don't you make decisions based on your gameplay?
Some use it to stay focused or relaxed, I think. Do you think it emotionally makes them decide to pay for a hand without considering their game?

During long poker sessions, I usually prefer light and simple food.

Heavy meals make me sleepy and reduce concentration, especially in long MTTs.

Things like fruits, sandwiches, nuts, biscuits, or light snacks work well for me.

I also try to stay hydrated with water, coffee, or tea during sessions.

Good food and hydration really help maintain focus and avoid mental fatigue while grinding

Obviously something snackable. It's a bit difficult to eat a plateful of noodles while playing poker!
