Music: it depends on my mood, although I have noticed that when I listen to something moved like rock or folk metal I usually go all-in more often, even with bad hands

Food: The always reliable chips with some tea or soda

Hi, when I play poker, I usually eat fruit, sometimes, non-alcoholic ****tails. Rest of the food I eat at the table.

i dont like to eat while playing .. i prefer drinking stuff ,, juice , coffe...etc

Eat whatever is in the kitchen when your playing online poker and if your playing live poker, make sure you eat something that goes down well with a napkin.lol... If we are talking music, don't listen to music, it breaks your concentration. Good Luck[emoji56]

Hi, thanks for asking, I usually listen, Techno, Deep house, Ambient, usually Electronic music, I can even turn Binaural ) So in the mood. About food I prefer to eat nothing, only if coffee or aerated water, fruit, can of course, chocolate, but no more! Yes, cereal is a great snack! Thanks!

You can still drink during the game. It is even mandatory.
But only water, tea or coffee juices. It is not very distracting.
No alcohol, of course. About food - Chocolate is still not bad. Cupcakes, cake

But if something more serious, such as meat, pasta, etc. Already starting to distract. You can make some serious mistake.

I personally drink mostly strong tea ... well, I prefer to smoke cigarettes ... it happens that cookies, jam .. nuts ... something light .. so as not to strain my brains with the weight of food

When playing online, I don’t usually eat, if it’s just for 2, maximum 3 hours…when I played in the 2019 wsop Colossus event, there were lunch and dinner breaks over the 15 hours of play on Day one…I had to grab fast food because you only had one hour to find a place, order, eat and get back to the table.
