What time of day do you play your best poker

So I work night shifts and on my days off I keep to the same routine.
Most of my poker playing takes place between midnight and 7:am.
Absolutely no distractions at all and I never play when I am tired.
But I have noticed that I make more money between 4:00 am and 7:00 am than I do earlier in the night.
This is regularly the case and not just at the odd times.
I'm at a loss to explain it.

When do you play your best poker and have you noticed your winning increasing at different times?

lately I prefer to play on Saturday and Sunday. as I don't work it's better to play poker.

I usually play between 8 and 11 in the morning, although I usually save tournaments for later and play them, but I prefer not to do it at night.

I usually play in the evening, so I have a mode set up, + tournaments are good mostly in the evening in my time zone.

When do you play your best poker and have you noticed your winning increasing at different times?

I like to play in the morning aswell, my mind seems fresh to make decisions. I usually play MTTs so if I get in the final table in like 8hrs I wouldn't be tired at all.

Between 7-9pm GMT. Particularly during the week. Work, dinner and chores over, so then I can concentrate and focus more on the game and table.
