Maybe not the worst but the most exciting is when the turn and river are revealed, these cards can turn the whole hand in your favor or vice versa.

From my experience I could say that when I am shortstacked the preflop becomes complex, when there is a lot of aggressiveness and I try to reach the money, when I have a good hand but a river can hit me that hurts me, it becomes a nightmare.

The cruelest moment is on the river, when the villain pays with garbage until the end and hits your card and still sends a throwable until you call you a fish, he will say that this is not cruel.

There is not any different in my opinion. You can have aces and se the probable straight on the flop. And you can have top straight on the turn and see the probable flush on the river. Of course it's not fun in any case.

The worst is when you already know after the flop that the other person will win. You sense it in advance, but you play your cards as you should anyway...
By the way, there is perhaps nothing worse than a runner runner. When the other has literally nothing after the flop, you already feel your loss after the turn, and then the river kills you... Especially if the opponent is playing with a garbage like for e.g. 93.

By far the worst is the river I don’t mean to bring any poker site down but absolutely ALWAYS on pokerstars I can be 98.7% favourite to win a hand and it will ALWAYS turn to 0% on the river it’s a GUARANTEE! I have been on pokerstars on and off since it first started so there’s absolutely no way anyone will convince me this is in my head and mine alone I know for a fact most who play stars have felt this at some point in their journey, yet it’s funny how many people jump to the defence of pokerstars and they always seem to twist this subject into it being down to myself or others being a bad player and this is so not true … but these are my thoughts and mine alone I in no way wish my opinion to reflect anyone else’s

The worst moment for me is when there are only a few left to enter the prize bubble and you have few chips and the system gives you a very strong hand, they can be AA, KK, QQ Etc... where they encourage you to play but when you play it you are taking a risk too much since at your table everyone has much more chips than you, that moment of poker is the one that stresses me the most is entering the bubble with a good amount if you decide to bet everything and win or lose everything when playing that table, the other option is wait for the others to be eliminated before entering the bubble but in that the percentage of losing is 60/40 against and entering the bubble being one of the last but winning something.

It's the showdown by far. But IMO it's not even losing that's the worst. It's when you've set up a massive pot and you know you have your villain pretty much crushed except for just that one hand - and that's the same one as yours - and then all you do is split and pay the rake.

River play is tricky as the pot has already got big. If the river card is scary, it's always a difficult spot to navigate.
