I am not sure I could give up poker. I really enjoy playing the game and I try not to get too crazy. I only play for hours when I am on vacation otherwise on workdays I only play every other day.

I don't ever want to give up poker. Not because I'm addicted or need to. I don't risk any money that impacts my family and i enjoy a little competitive action. I love a game of skill where you can sometimes outplay your opponent/s. I don't even mind all the Pokerstars bad beats. Now: If i could play and sing as Glen Fry's replacement with "The Eagles" i might give up poker.

No slots and TV's!
Billiards and him only.
Have you ever played Billiards? This game captures all the spores of the organism.

Poker for me, and so does not work.
Forever ready to abandon poker.
But the question is blurred.
I play not often, prefer to sport and healthy lifestyle.

That's hard because I really enjoy the game. If someone gave me $10 million dollars I'd give up poker. Let's be real, I'd probably settle for $5 million.

The porker for me is not something like a job that demands all day, but I play it because I am passionate and recreational. In the event that he is a professional poker player and would have to stop doing it, it would only be to play football professionally

It depends on all who have an approach to poker. In my poker is not only money! Money-only motivation

I think that if someone offered me a thousand dollars to give up poker forever, I'd take it.

For me, poker is a minor hobby. I play some real life games with friends when we get together, and I play some freerolls and cardschat games (awesome, thanks CC!) and collect the occasional ticket on PS through starcodes and through the pokerschool scratch tickets.

It's a financial thing. I'd love to play more, but I can't justify spending hours on a freeroll or cheap MTT when I could be earning serious and concrete dollars by working. And when I'm not working I should be doing chores around the house.

For me, poker is like playing a video game, it's a way to spend my free time. Not that important at the end of the day in terms of money or ego.
