Joe, with JJ I keep the pot small pre-flop and re-evaluate on future streets.

I don't have these type of feeling before I start to play. But I try to only start to play poker when I'm feeling good to make the best decisions.

When after 4-5 hours of the tournament you reach the pre-final, you understand what work has been done and there is a fear of being eliminated before the final table itself

I'm afraid of having a pair (AA for example) in my hand and someone goes all in with a weak hand, they get lucky and I lose. It is really annoying when it happens.

the biggest fear is not knowing how to read your opponent or make a move based on emotions, definitely poker is a mental sport of great discipline and if you play unfocused you will fail.

When you get a big stack and everything is fine, but after a few hands in which you played correctly, you are moved, and you are again at the bottom of the tournament) these swings are very demotivating
