After you get that speacial and unforgoten Bad Beat, "that special is never" what do you do to get your pieces of mind strong and fullfil again?

Sometimes I drink a shot of Macieira, is a Portuguese Brandy very, but very sexy and relaxing.. And you, let`s see better and sexiest therapies...

Just depends on how many chips I have. if I still have a lot of chips. And I want to try to get my chips back I might bluff a whole lot. And most of the people fold on depends on how much I bet. unless I have like pocket rockets or AK I might go all in like I said all depends on how much chips I have.

It all depends on what you mean by a bad beat....in my opinion, everyone has a different understanding of this and to some its more extreme than others.

A psychological approach is to consider that a bad beat does not exist. Why should they? You win some, you lose some! Move along and get on with it.

To assist with this, always review and analyse each hand that you play, whether a winner, a loser or a none active hand, and consider int he given circumstances what you could have done differently and hopefully better; then try it next time round.

I continue to play, but before I breathe deep back the hands and analyze the play and follow the game, because you can not let the bad beat shake your game, more if this continues I to also play for a few hours and come back then the game.

Put down the phone/computer till tomorrow

That is a priceless post .. hahaha.

I personally put down the phone/computer and stop playing for a few hours or the rest of the day. Helps to forget about the bad beat and puts your mind back to rest. I used to get mad and upset, but that doesn't help anything or anyone (I still do a little bit depending on how bad the beat - but quickly forget about it now) - as other said, move on - it is just poker.

For me bad beats is one of the hardest things in poker.
I always will bluff after a bad beat trying to win back my money, resultin in someone calling my bluff and me losing everything.

after a bad beat the best thing to do is get offline and cool don becaus playing with emotions is the worst ay to play poker, you should always try to keep emotions off the felt and you will help improve yourself as a good poker player
