If you want to play during the maximum traffic, then I would advise you to play during the evening European time. This is the best time to play. Weekends are a different story. I literally built my poker career on refusing to meet friends on Friday and Saturday nights in order to race "maniacs" online. Late at night on weekends, the game is just insanely wild and sweet.

For me it is better to play during the weekend because these are the days when more players are available, whether for tournaments, cash games, spins, among others.

I think if you are playing mtts the best day is usually Sunday, that seems to be the day when most of the big tourneys run.

It is best to play when you have plenty of free time It's usually a weekend. More often at night.

My best time to play poker is on weekends(my best poker session IIRC was on a Saturday night), as I have more free time, I'm usually well rested and can play my 'A game' for longer periods of time...

I really like to play on weekends, although unfortunately I don't always have the opportunity. I mainly play in the evenings and at night.

In the winter I really enjoy weekend games as I have more time indoors then. Fridays for some reason have been the days I win the most though and I’m not sure why.
