What are your biggest difficulties in Poker?

My biggest problem is wanting to play Omaha cash, and worse, at limits that I shouldn't be playing.
I've broken my bankroll a few times by doing this.

Too loose in ICM

For poker at the moment i believe my worst enemy is taking unnecessary Risks. Im a Gambler at heart and i have played poker since i was allowed in the casinos. Improving my game though i still have the gamblers itch from time to time. Example You hold AK suited on the button and have 60+ big blinds with 16 players left. Two opponents get it all in each with about 25 bigs each. I know that a call isnt the safe option here but i will always take that bet when i probably should just fold and lean on the short stacks. I have practiced and practiced keeping my emotions in check at the tables.

Poker

It's always very difficult for me to deal with tilting. But this is not always the case. Especially tilt manifests itself when I have a good stack and lose half of my stack in one hand. It would seem that everything is not critical and you can still get away with it, but I go crazy and start making the stupidest mistakes.

This is specific to MTTs, but I struggle with folding a good hand to the nuts. For instance, I hate folding the nut flush when the board pairs on the river. I’m working on reconciling my irrational impulse to call and the knowledge that my opponent has a range ahead of mine.

Time. I can play well when I can stretch back and relax to play with whoever is as the table and whatever cards I get in whatever game I'm playing. However, if I'm juggling several priorities, meeting deadlines and playing within those windows of time where I can only play sporadically then I'm not at my "A" game and play like an impatient beginner..going all-in with speculative hands just so I have a chance at coasting into the money.
