What is your most embarrassing poker moment?

For me, this is when I made a flush from an ace, and my opponent has a straight flush.

I've told earlier that I always ate lunch at the poker table when I was a student. And one day I ordered a juicy burger when I was playing to cash. And yes, I accidentally soiled the green cloth of the poker table with sauce. It was very embarrassing, I apologized to the dealer, cleaned up the sauce with a napkin, and continued playing. It was strange, but no sanctions were issued to me.

ive mucked the winning hand at showdown 3 times in big pots in cash games. never turned them over !in fairness one time the dealer dragged them in a bit early as i pondered , but i did think i had lost till they were going into the discards .

Since I don't play much live poker, I really don't have any funny embarassing moment. But I can imagine myself doing the same as you...lol

I can't think of any live embarrassing moments, other than acting out of turn, but when I first started playing online poker, I thought any poker pair was GOLD, and would shove all-in preflop. Pocket 2s? ALL-IN. 3s? Pfft, even better!!! People started berating me in the chat, and it made me stop and think that maybe that wasn't the best play in the world. lol

My most embarrassing moment happened to me when I was playing in an online tournament and pressed the all-in button instead of folding and lost without getting into the prizes.

Having only played a few times live this is a bit embarrassing and you do look like a newbie. So instantly your credibility is gone at the table and one does look like a big fish! Oh well, we all learnt by experience.

Shhh!!! You're giving out my secrets!!!

I bet 3 barrels thinking I had made a straight, and when I went to see there were only draws, it was a big pot in live, it was very embarrassing and sad although also a little funny. hahahahah

One day i was in a friends house to play live poker and in the first hand one of them shoved and i called with K9s or something like that and i just lost in the first hand,i have no idea why i called XD

Because there is something about K9 suited that you know it's just bad, bad, bad, but it talks you into calling.

Caught in a bluff for a good amount of chips (playing bad).

It hasn't happened yet, I hope it doesn't!

If playing multipla tables, i sometimes click and make the wrong move - fold with the nuts, or go allin with nothing... it happens, it's embarassing and even annoying

Out in sat for 215$ ticket at 6th place where was 5 tickets after all in on tern with 97% for a win

I pooped myself at the casino during a tournament.

I was 20. My cousin and I had spent the last 5 days on the road, going from our home town, to Calgary and back because we got bored and wanted to drink in another province. On our way back through Winnipeg we decided to stop there to party some more and ended up at the casino. We were playing blackjack and pounding whiskeys when I heard the announcement for a $100 rebuy mtt. So I got myself into that. Cousin kept going at the blackjack.

After many days of drinking and eating nothing but fast food, my body wasn't in great shape.

Roughly 2 hours into the tournament I had a decent stack and had stopped drinking and was on the water. All was going well until I started to feel queasy. I left the table a few times to get air and keep myself from vomiting. I thought I finally got through it and got back to the table. I ended up in a huge 3-way pot on the bubble for a dominating stack, and when my flopped full house held up I stood up and gave a celebratory fist pump and cheer. At that moment my gut revolted against my sphincter and I shat myself.

It was brutal. Everyone around me knew what I did. There was no hiding it. I quickly asked the dealer to handle my stacking, which he was kind to oblige and ran out.
I found the floor guy and while he was obviously a little disgusted, he was gracious enough to get me a room at the hotel and find me a change of clothes when I gave him my credit card. I bolted to the nearest bathroom to clean up what I could and not too long after a casino employee came in with the clothes and showed me to my room. I showered, changed again, and made it back to the tourney.

After all was said and done I had enough of a stack left after blinding off for an hour to grind to a cash in 10th for over $1k.

My table mates and I had a good laugh about it all and the casino staff were all very professional about the whole thing.

Even though it was incredibly embarrassing at the time, it turned into a good laugh and a good time in the end.

IN A SITN GO 3 players limit, i had KK and K on flop i went all in and chalenger had suited clubs and he won big money rivered for a flush very anoying to lose like that
