In my opinion there is the option to improve but that is only achieved by practicing no matter if you lose a million times but in the end a poker player seeks to improve but for that you have to find ways to play and that is achieved in many freeroll games even if you do not win any money but still manage to learn and see many more hands of each player, more styles of play.

After all this years i really disappointed in online poker. Usually i try to play it in my leisure time, maybe some freerolls , or low buy-ins, or some tickets that i won somewhere. Just because i saw many things in online poker and it,s hard to keep patience and maybe better try to earn money another way and play poker only in your free time.
Right now lots of players can play really good. You even don,t need to pay for the poker lessons, just because lots of lessons you can find for free at Youtube or elsewhere.
You need to play it everyday for many hours to be able to make money for comfortable live. I believe it,s better to make money somewhere else and play poker only sometimes and save your nerves.
