I don't necessarily like a particular style, I do everything you listed depending on my condition, that's why I can't do what I do tomorrow😃. There would also be: I'm dead tired but I want to play; I'm drunk but I want to I play the bankroll....
I think the most important thing is that whatever style we adopt is constructive for us, if you finish a poker session you have to be at peace with yourself and aim for improvement for the next time.

It depends on the game and opponents(if it's live/ online, if it's a friendly/ low buy-in game etc.); but one thing that I always like to try is to be aggressive and control the table to a certain extent* this way I won't need to adjust my game too much to other players and actually 'force' my opponents to make this adjustments and maybe play outside their comfort zone...

Loose aggressive. Unfortunately I'm also a non believer. I think everybody is full of sh!t. Sometimes it pays off but mostly it does not. Good thing I do not rely on poker to pay my bills! I would be in a very bad situation! LOL.

I can't answer this exactly because it depends on my mood and I also adapt to the people sitting at the table.
But at the beginning of the tournament, I prefer to be safe, as the end approaches, I become more and more aggressive.

Basically, I play very carefully, tightly and do not take risks without a strong enough hand. But probably I am not aggressive enough and this is my minus, my mistake that I am working on. I would like to play tight-aggressive.

I play in different styles from the above, but I can't say which ones are more and which less. Just when playing at a particular table, I try to adapt to the players in such a way as to start winning chips against them. Generally speaking, I can most likely be attributed to a neat aggressive style.
